1. Scope of the Policy

This return and refund policy is applicable strictly to physical products only. All digital products, downloadable materials, consultations, and coaching services are final sale and non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund on a physical product, the following conditions must be met:

• Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Condition: The product must be completely unused.

• Packaging: The original factory seal must not be broken, and there must be no signs of tampering on the product or its packaging.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Proof of Condition)

To protect both the buyer and the seller, an unboxing video is strictly required to process any return.

• You must record a clear, uncut video at the exact time of opening the original courier package.

• Claims for returns without a valid unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened will be automatically rejected.

4. Return Inspection Process

• Once your return request is approved via email, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us.

• Our Inspection: At the time of receiving your returned package, our team will record a video while opening it to verify that the product has been returned in its original, sealed, and untampered condition.

5. Refund Deductions and Processing

If the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed. Please note that the refund will not be the full order amount.

The final refund amount will be calculated after deducting the following:

• Two-Way Courier Charges: The shipping costs incurred for sending the product to you, as well as the shipping costs incurred for returning the product to us.

• Damages: Any applicable deductions if the product or packaging is found damaged during the return transit.

The remaining balance will be initiated to your original method of payment.

6. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets all the criteria listed above, please follow these steps:

2. Include your Order Number and full name in the subject line.

3. Attach the mandatory unboxing video and a brief reason for the return.
